A higher-alumina option for applications that require a supplier-confirmed 95% chemistry. Alumina percentage alone does not define every impurity or guarantee process compatibility.

Reference specifications compiled from public manufacturer materials; they are not a quotation or batch certificate. Available sizes, tolerances, packing and test documents will be confirmed for the selected manufacturing partner before order.
95% describes the nominal alumina level, not a universal formulation. Public specifications show that the balance chemistry and available sizes vary by manufacturer and media form.
Choose 95% when: a higher alumina content than 92% is relevant to the process and the actual specification—including Fe₂O₃, SiO₂ and other declared components—meets your limit.
Consider a different grade or chemistry when: the process is cost-led (→ compare 68%, 75% or 92%), or its contamination target cannot be demonstrated by the proposed batch chemistry and trial results.
Fine grinding of selected non-metallic minerals where the full media chemistry and resulting contamination must be controlled. Confirm with batch data and a process trial.
Selected dispersion and fine-grinding duties where a higher-alumina media is being evaluated. Match size, density and chemical compatibility to the mill and formulation.
Powder-processing trials where the customer has defined element-specific limits. The offered media chemistry and wear contribution must be reviewed together.
Other controlled-contamination milling applications, subject to chemical compatibility, cleaning protocol, mill suitability and documented acceptance criteria.
Public supplier ranges include balls from roughly Ø 7 – 63 mm. Exact diameters and tolerances are confirmed per quote.
Public supplier ranges include fine beads from roughly Ø 0.5 mm. Mill compatibility and available diameters are confirmed per quote.
Used in selected mill configurations. Provide the required dimensions so availability can be confirmed.
